- Previous experience as a Shuttering Carpenter / Formwork Carpenter on residential or commercial sites
- Proficient in reading technical drawings and site plans
- Ability to operate relevant tools and equipment safely and effectively
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations related to shuttering work
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- CITB or CSCS Card is desirable
