- Valid CSCS card or Blue Card essential
- Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter (Formwork) within the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Reliable with good work ethic and punctuality
