- Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter (Formwork) within commercial construction projects
- Previous experience in a foreman or supervisory role is preferred
- Strong understanding of formwork techniques, materials, and safety procedures
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to lead a team effectively
- Valid relevant qualifications and CSCS card
