Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a skilled Groundworker to join a construction site in Windsor, SL4. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a wide range of groundworks, including excavation, drainage, laying foundations, and preparing sites for subsequent construction phases. The role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team, ensuring the tasks are completed safely, accurately, and within the given timeframe. You will be expected to adhere to all health and safety regulations and maintain high standards of workmanship throughout the project.
- Experience in all aspects of groundworks including excavation, drainage, and foundations
- Hold a valid Blue CSCS card
- Ability to work from detailed instructions and drawings
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic
- Good communication skills and ability to work within a team
This role offers standard working hours from 07:30 am to 05:30 pm, with paid hours for a full 10-hour shift.
