The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of general maintenance, repair, and snagging tasks across various construction sites. This role requires a proactive individual who can work efficiently independently or as part of a team, ensuring that all finishing touches and quality standards are met before project completion. Attention to detail, practical skills, and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly are essential for this position.
- Previous experience as a Handyman or Snagger within the construction or related industries.
- Strong practical skills in building maintenance, repairs, and snagging tasks.
- Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, and snag lists.
- Good understanding of health and safety regulations applicable on construction sites.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and deadlines.
