- Proven experience in paving and drainage installation within residential projects
- Knowledge of different paving materials and installation techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- Valid CSCS card is preferred
