- Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter, with knowledge of formwork systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Competent in setting out and installing formwork for various concrete structures
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations relevant to construction sites
- Reliable and punctual with good teamwork skills
- CSCS card is desirable
