The successful candidate will be responsible for constructing formwork and moulds for concrete, ensuring all structures are built to specified standards and safety regulations. The role requires a high level of craftsmanship, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently within a team environment. You will be involved in the preparation, installation, and dismantling of shuttering frameworks, contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale civil projects.
- Proven experience as a Shuttering Carpenter (Formwork) on civil engineering or infrastructure projects
- Valid CSCS card and relevant qualifications in carpentry or formwork
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans
- Strong understanding of health and safety regulations on construction sites
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
- Must have own tools and relevant safety equipment
