- Proven experience in shuttering or formwork carpentry within the construction industry
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures on site
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
- CSPS card essential
- Own tools and PPE are desirable
