- Proven experience as a Traffic Marshall or Banksman on construction sites
- Valid CSCS, CPCS, or equivalent certification
- Good understanding of traffic management procedures and safety protocols
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to work in various weather conditions and adhere to safety standards
